Develop an Understanding of Your Organization
Our goal is to understand our clients and their businesses so well that we function as an integral part of their organization when identifying human capital. We accomplish this by reviewing our client’s business plans and product literature.
Define the Position
Our complete understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the open position precedes each search, which is why our searches are so successful. This goes beyond what is written in pro forma job descriptions. We identify and prioritize our client’s major expectations. In most searches this process also gives us a full view of the personality and style of the organization and the individuals with whom the successful candidate will interface.
Research
Research is the backbone of the search methodology and key to any successful search. Our Research Department utilizes multiple information sources such as: updated company profiles, white-papers, industry intelligence, business and trade articles, research reports, executive biographies, profiles, and corporate and insider financial data. When used together, these resources provide the road map in reaching the best candidates for our clients.

Candidate Contact
Resumes never fully describe what a client wants to know most about an individual considered for a position. As a result, we personally contact anywhere from 100-200 individuals during the course of a typical search. Only the most qualified candidates are presented to clients for evaluation.
Market Analysis Report
At approximately 20 working days we will present our market analysis report. This unique and confidential report contains a brief, yet detailed, written summary of individuals we have contacted during the course of the search to date. Information includes:
- How the client's organization is perceived by the marketplace.
- The competitive landscape - providing valuable information and perspectives.
- A compensation study comparing expectations in the marketplace.

Candidate Interviews
After reviewing the material we have submitted, meetings are arranged between the client and the selected candidates. As the search narrows, we conduct reference checks and assist in final negotiations.

Satisfaction to all parties is one of pinnacle's main goals. To ensure this, we maintain contact with the successful candidate and his or her immediate superior to provide support, especially during the integration period. Our activities are thoroughly documented throughout the search. As a result, we will be prepared to serve your company in future searches with minimum orientation required. Thus, we look upon each initial search with a client as the beginning of a long and productive professional partnership.
