HOW TO GET YOUR COMMISSION CHECKS?

All training videos are accessible to our company agents only, it requires your registration and obtaining certification from the back office in order to watch the training videos. Please visit https://academy.preg365.com/ to create an account and get started.

Please log onto pinnacle.rentspree.com and set up a personal account, register the home listing on Rentspree, and send the link over to your client for a credit check.

You can borrow a set of 3 signs each time, and must return it on the nearest Monday. Late returns will be subject to a $25 penalty for EACH sign. MUST sign in with the front desk when checking out signs and MUST sign your name when returning. You need to check the local City Ordinances and follow the local laws on the placing of your open house signs. Agents are responsible for any citations and fines issued by the City for sign placement violations.

Opening a New Transaction: It is the Agent's responsibility to ensure all required transactional documents are completed promptly during the transaction period. When you have a new transaction, (for New Agents) you can utilize the Full Transaction Coordinator (Kamille Nieva) Services to help you keep track and upload transactional documents into the Broker Mint System by contacting TC immediately upon the acceptance and opening of escrow and have him help you setting up your transactions and upload your completed transactional documents as each document is completed. Or, (for more experienced agents) you can create a new transaction in the BrokerMint System and upload all required transactional documents into BrokerMint yourself. If your Brokermint Account becomes deactivated due to non-activity, you would need to contact the Document Review Coordinator, Kamille Nieva, and request your access into the BrokerMint System. Log in to set up your transaction and upload the transactional documents as soon as each document is complete.

Once the Agent/Broker Final Closing Packages are received by Pinnacle Real Estate Group Arcadia office, accounting department will process the Gross Commission Check for immediate deposit and notify the agent by email of the arrival of the closing package
and remind the agent to complete the Commission Disbursement Report (CDR), sign and date and forward to the Broker for approval signature.

The Agent Commission Check will be released within 48 hours AFTER the Document Review Coordinator, Kamille Nieva, confirms and approves ALL required transactional documents have been received and uploaded into the Broker Mint System, AND the fully completed and signed DR and a copy of the Gross Commission Check has been uploaded. Missing documents in the BrokerMint System will cause a delay in receiving your commission check. DO NOT DELAY THE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS AND THE COMPLETED CD FORM TO AVOID UNNECESSARY DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR COMMISSION CHECK.
