Brian H. Chen began his real estate career in 1989, specializing in both residential and commercial properties. Renowned as a top real estate professional, Brian has dedicated significant time to volunteering with real estate organizations. He has served on numerous committees, including the Board of Directors for his local REALTORS®️ association and as a C.A.R. Director. Notably, Brian is a former President of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS®️ and past President & CEO of the Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service (now California Regional Multiple Listing Service).

Recognized for his high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, Brian also served in the Professional Standards Committee and has presided over numerous Professional Standard Hearings at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®️. Furthermore, he was a GRI Instructor and Certified ZipForm®️ Instructor for the California Association of REALTORS®️ and the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®️. He has also been the recipient of the REALTOR®️ of the Year award from the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®️.

Brian serves as the Broker and Compliance of Pinnacle Real Estate Group, where he trains, supervises, and mentors over hundreds of real estate agents. He was the 2022 President of the West San Gabriel Valley Association and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
