Tony Lam

Tony Lam is a highly accomplished real estate broker, educator, and industry leader with a multidisciplinary background in engineering, law, and real estate. A graduate of the University of Southern California, his academic foundation and global experience, including years working in Hong Kong and Mainland China, provide a unique perspective on both residential and commercial real estate markets.

Tony is widely recognized for his expertise in investment properties, particularly IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and is the author of 1031 Exchanges: A Manual for Real Estate Agents and Investors. As a California Department of Real Estate certified continuing education instructor, he has developed and taught numerous courses covering advanced contracts, commercial leasing, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance. His leadership experience includes serving as Broker of Record and currently as Executive Manager at Pinnacle Real Estate Group, where he oversees more than 1,200 real estate professionals.
