I’m a real estate agent with passion for touring awesome houses and showing them online to more people all over the world and help them establish their dreaming homes here in South California. I’ve got thousands of fans from social medias in a quite short period, which surged soon, and I’ve helped lots of them who are looking for dreaming houses in South California.

 

On the one hand, I love help buyers find their satisfactory house, esp. when we work together so well to get the house exactly what they want finally. That’s pretty pretty exciting experiences. On the other hand, I’d feel so much fulfilled if I sell a house at a price that seller is satisfied with, or even higher than that, which proves my value and strategy. As an English major and interpreter, my English language proficiency is excellent.

As I’ve been working in a consulate for years, I’m pretty good at detailed paper work and dealing with all kinds of social and communication issues.

 

As I’ve ever worked in Air China as a flight attendant, I’ve got a mindset of serving with sincerity and passion, esp. to find out problems before it really happens, and keep it in mind that it’s always better to take precautions than post processing.

The most exciting experiences must be establishing and managing two companies of my own, one is a foreign trade company dealing with wine mainly imported from Europe, the other one is an international travel agency dealing with customization trip abroad. 

Those experiences have lasted for over 8 years, which was pretty challenging and inspiring. It has endowed me with strategic marketing, CRM system managing, team building and pressure resisting.
